Nursing Quality Assurance Course

Al Salam International Hospital Medical Development Center in liaison with the Manipal University of India organized Nursing Quality Assurance course for Nursing Team Leaders, Head Nurses, and Nursing Supervisors from 12th to 17th November 2022 at Al Salam Hospital with the aim to emphasize the importance of quality assurance to ensure accountability and focus on high priority in quality care delivery as well as to enhance their professional competence. The course was conducted by a team of Professors and Associate Professors from Manipal University with more than 20 years of experience in clinical teaching set up. The content addressed in the course was evidence-based and was applicable within the scope of practice to meet the expectation of patients and sustain hospital standards. Various workshops were conducted on real-time scenarios which can develop our staff foreseeing capacity pertaining to quality patient care and maintain degree of excellence. The attendees received a course completion certificate from Manipal University. It was a remarkable experience for our staffs in the continuous professional development to shape their career towards right direction in the field of nursing at Al Salam International Hospital and to apply it in their daily nursing practices.
