Nursing Leadership Training Course

Al Salam Al Assima Hospital Medical Development center, in coordination with Manipal university, conducted a Nursing leadership training course from April 27th to May 2nd, 2024. The programe was designed for Nursing supervisors, Senior Nurses and Head Nurses.

The training was led by Professor Mamatha S. Pai PhD, MPN, MSN and Assistant Professor Renjulal Yesodharan, MPN, MS, both from the Manipal College of Nursing.

The primary objective of the training was to enhance the leadership capabilities of the participants. This is intended to empower them to effectively address challenges, contribute to improved patient care outcome and cultivate future leaders.
