Al Salam Hospitals and Kuwaiti Urological Association Host scientific Meeting on Advanced Laser Techniques for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Al Salam Hospitals, in collaboration with the Kuwaiti Urological Association, held the first scientific meeting on the latest techniques for treating benign prostatic hyperplasia using Holmium Laser and Thulium Fiber Laser for resection. The event was chaired by Prof. Adel Allam, Consultant and Head of the Urology Surgery Center at Al-Salam Capital Hospital.

Prof. Anmar Habib, Professor of Urological Surgery at Cairo University, and an expert in laser prostate surgeries, participated via video presentation. He demonstrated the use of this technique, which addressed some deficiencies of traditional methods, offering faster recovery without affecting sexual function.
